Clone Recipes – Learn 1 of the Easiest Clone Recipes

It may seem that the great food you find at restaurants is impossible to mimic at home, but it’s not!  You can make restaurant-quality food in your own home with just a few pieces of basic cookware and the proper ingredients.  Here is one of the easiest clone recipes.

Cheesecake

A lot of restaurants and bakeries have great cheesecake, seemingly to amazing to replicate at home.  However, cheesecake is one of the easiest clone recipes once you learn a few basic things about making it.

To start, you make the crust.  I prefer a graham cracker crust, but you can use any cookie or cracker.  Use a food processor or blender to grind the cookies into a fine powder.  Follow this step by adding enough melted butter to make the mixture into a coarse paste.  You can also add nuts and honey to the mixture.  Spread this mixture on the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan, and you’ve finished the first part of one of the easiest clone recipes!

Next, you’ll need to make a filling.  For most clone recipes, you’ll need three 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese.  Make sure you let them come to room temperature for even blending and no lumps.  In a mixer, whip the cream cheese along with a fourth or a half cup of either sour cream or heavy cream.  Also add three eggs.  Beyond this point, you can add as much sugar, brown sugar, and other fillings as you like to make the filling taste as you want.  If you add any liquid ingredient, you may need to thicken the mixture with a bit of flour and a pinch of baking powder.

Once the filling is complete, pour it into the spring form pan where you laid your crust.  You now have your raw version of one of the best clone recipes, and you need only to put it in the oven!  Bake the cheesecake for about two hours total at 325 degrees.  If you like, you can pull it out 15 minutes early to add toppings, and then finish it off for the remaining 15 to bake the toppings on.
